Tac Tics are mints that come in little plastic containers.
History
Bart once swapped Marge's birth control tablets with Tac Tics. When Marge discovered what Bart was doing, he threw the container out of the window. Nelson then came along, picked up the container and ate them, he not knowing that the Tac Tics were actually birth control tablets.
