Cultural references
- The title is a reference to the movie Million Dollar Baby, which was previously parodied in "Million-Dollar Abie".
- The Funtendo Zii is an obvious parody of the Nintendo Wii.
- Zii Sports is an obvious parody of Wii Sports.
- The Wilhelm Scream can be heard repeatedly in the military game that Mr. Burns plays, which in turn is a parody of Call of Duty: World at War.
