The Springfield Floozies are a female baseball team based in Springfield.
History
When the Simpson family saw a Springfield Isotopes game Abe told Lisa that he played in the Springfield Floozies under the name Effie Lou in 1942 as a center fielder, and though the pay wasn't much it kept him out of the war for a year. He was kicked out when they discovered he was a man. Jasper also played in the Floozies and held then the record for lady triples.
