A German exchange student at Springfield Elementary School, Uter has a fondness for German chocolates, and Mit Iodine candies. He can occasionally be seen playing pee-wee hockey and creating dioramas for the school's Diorama-rama. Owing to his rotund stature and funny accent he is a popular target for bullies.
