"oh you cant get better than old gill" gill is what people in springfield call a loser he tries to get deals going with residents of springfield but never succeds he always asking for jobs including car salesman house bell consultent and many other jobs hes failed to do some people in the town feel very sorry for him and who knows what else gill will get upto.
