Plot
A four part story, Principal Skinner guides us through some stories found deep within the permanent record room. First, we see how Bart fools Willie to believe that he is a superhero and he starts fighting with Seamus. We then see how Jimbo started at the school as a geek and became a bully. Next we see how a young Skinner got Homer to skip school one day, which made him lazy. And Willie tells a story about what it would be like if Skinner was Scottish. If he were Scottish, Skinner he would punch Chalmers and get more respect.
