Poppa Wheelie's is a bikers bar that Homer got thrown out of three times. NRBQ were playing there. Homer went there when looking for Marge after the Hell's Satans kidnapped her. He disrupted things by smashing a glass so was beaten up and thrown out. He later returned to steal a beer keg in revenge. The name is a play on the term "Pop a Wheelie" which means to do a Wheelie, in which the driver lifts the the front wheel(or wheeles in the case of cars) in the air and drives on the back one.
