The Happy Sailor Tattoo Parlor is a tattoo parlor in Springfield. Established in 1973, it has an outlet on 434 East Street, and another at the Springfield Mall.^[1]

History

Bart got his '"MOTH" Tattoo from Mervin Monroe while the rest of the family were shopping. Marge drags Bart out of the shop and gets it removed at a Dermatology Clinic a few shops down from the Tattoo Parlor, costing all the Christmas money.^[2]

The Happy Sailor Tattoo Parlor appeared in the opening sequence of Eye On Springfield, where news anchor Kent Brockman was shown receiving a tattoo from Mervin Monroe.^[3]^[4]

It's featured in the opening sequence for Eye On Springfield.
