Play Information

Les Misérables is a musical based on Victor Hugo's historical epic about the Paris Uprising of 1832.
History
When Sideshow Bob watched the prison production of Les Misérables, he didn't like what he saw and told one of the prisoners that Andrew Lloyd Webber must be spinning in his grave. The other prisoner told him that he was not dead and didn't write the play. Bob agreed and answered that the pleasant thought kept his mind off the dreadful rendition of "Master of the House".[1]
Principal Skinner sang "Magnet Performing Arts School" and envisioned a school production of Les Misérables with himself as Enjolras raising the red flag atop the barricades in Paris. Principal Skinner was brought back into reality when the floor of the auditorium stage craved in.[2]
