Delta Air Lines is an air line based in Atlanta.

History

When Homer and Grampa became the owners of O'Flanagan's Pub in Dunkilderry, Ireland, they asked Moe to fly over there so he could teach them how to run a successful bar. When Moe arrived, Grampa was shocked that Moe had shipped himself inside of a large crate. Moe then told Grampa that that's "how you fly coach on Delta now".

Behind the Laughter

The title of the Season 19 episode, "He Loves to Fly and He D'ohs", was taken from an advertising slogan used by Delta Air Lines in the 1980s. The original slogan being, "We love to fly, and it shows".
