George Robert "Bob" Newhart (born September 5, 1929) is an American actor, comedian, and writer, best known for his roles as Robert Hartley on The Bob Newhart Show and Dick Loudon on Newhart. He voiced himself in the season 7 episode "Bart the Fink".
