History
When Homer was a teenager, he worked at Riot Rivers with Lenny and Carl. Homer loved how dangerous the water park and rides were. At some point after Homer stopped working there, the park got hit by a lawsuit and a documentary was made about how unsafe it was. This led to it being changed and rebranded to Quiet Rivers.
Years later, Homer was excited to take his family to Riot Rivers. However, when he got there, he found that it had become Quiet Rivers, which upset him. The dangerous rides had been replaced by safe, children's attractions. However, Homer realized that the most dangerous ride, the Devil's Deluge, was still there, just shut down. Homer took Bart and Lisa up to the top and turned the ride on. When they got to the bottom, they played in the dirty water and got ill. Since they got ill, Quiet Rivers had to be evacuated.
