Trivia

  • Lisa says she and Homer used to compete in burping contests, which Lisa did in "Burping Contest".
  • The episode was reedited 3 times to change predicted winner of Super Bowl. Each time she was right.[1]

Goofs

  • The right button on Bart's gift from Homer gives two different quotes ("Shut up!" and "Go to hell!") instead of the one quote it should give.
  • Tanya's hair is colored differently in this episode.
  • When Homer came into Lisa's bedroom after buying the chinchilla coat (and someone taking it), the door is closed, but Homer never shut it. A few shots later, it is open, and in a few shots, it is closed again.
