Waverly Hill is a rich upclass district of Springfield. Waverly Hills also has the upscale Waverly Hills school district that bart and lisa went to in the episode Waverly Hills 9-0-2-1-D'oh. Luigi's is located in Little Italy which is in Waverly Hill. And the Springfield Mafia's hideout are located in Waverly Hills
North of Waverly Hill is Springfield Heights and south is Jebediah Springfield Park and Recluse Ranch Estates
