The Welcome to Springfield Arch is a large entry structure located at the entrance of Springfield.
History[edit]
After recovering the stolen lemon tree from Shelbyville, a group of Springfield children and their fathers returned home in a vehicle driven by Ned Flanders. As they crossed the border back into Springfield, they passed under a large archway marking the entrance to the town. During the passage, the lemon tree became snagged on the structure and fell from the roof of the vehicle, forcing them to stop briefly before retrieving it and continuing their return home.
