The episode was written by Valentina L. Garza and directed by Matthew Nastuk. It guest stars Tony Bennett as the "Capital City" singer, Kevin Michael Richardson as the cop with a secret, Sonny Rollins as himself, and Ron Taylor as Bleeding Gums Murphy (via archive audio).
Synopsis[edit]
- After a trip to Capital City, Moe finds a new lease on life when rich venture capitalists take an interest in his homemade bourbon. Meanwhile, Lisa finds that her deceased hero Bleeding Gums Murphy's likeness is being abused when he is turned into a hologram, and Grampa injures himself while babysitting Bart and quickly discovers he prefers being cared for by his grandson rather than the staff at the nursing home.
