After losing money on risky pumpkin investments and falling behind on his mortgage, Homer Simpson searched for a second job. While watching television, he saw an advertisement for Classy Joe's, a limousine company hiring drivers without experience, and decided to work there as a chauffeur.
During his first shift, Homer drove comedian Mel Brooks through Springfield. However, the job quickly went wrong when Chief Clancy Wiggum stopped the limousine and discovered that Homer did not have a chauffeur's license, forcing him to go to the DMV to qualify for the job.
