Lampwick) strutting around Manhattan while hurting people he meets on the street. Itchy's victims include an Irish person (whom Itchy put through the wringer of an old washing machine, starting with his beard) and President Theodore Roosevelt (whom Itchy decapitated with an axe). After Itchy kills Roosevelt, he winks at the screen and the cartoon ends.

Behind the Laughter[edit]
