Mother Hubbard's Sandwich Cupboard is a sandwich franchise chain restaurant. Trudy Zangler is the vice-president for development.

After Marge's sandwiches were popular among pupils at Springfield Elementary School, Trudy Zangler introduced herself to Marge and gave her a pamphlet for Mother Hubbard's Sandwich Cupboard. She asked Marge if she would like to run her own business and take control of her financial future. Zangler also told Marge that she couldn't afford not to open up a franchise. After this, Marge agreed to open up a business.
