The Atlanta Braves are a baseball team that has been in the National League since their creation in 1873. After numerous name changes and city relocations, the Braves moved to Atlanta in 1966. They have won 3 World Series championships (1914, 1957, 1995), but were a dominant playoff team during the 1990s and early 2000s.
