Lisa takes Xanax to treat her "anxiety of being a Simpson." She also feels anxiety over taking Xanax, but according to her the "Zoloft covers that nicely."[1]
Krusty rode Apocalyptic in the Celebrity Harness Race as a last-minute replacement, with 1000–1 odds. He gave the horse a mix of vitamins, caffeine, steroids, and Xanax, angering Fat Tony and leading to a mob chase where Krusty dodged bullets at a boy’s birthday party.[2]
