History[edit]
After Homer Simpson contacted the National Fatherhood Institute, Dave introduced him to his son, Dave Jr., who was conducting research there. Impressed by the friendly exchange between the two, Homer expressed his envy, and Dave explained that their close father-son relationship had been built through years of effort and dedication.
