Bart then started acting up toward her because he was feeling guilty about the way he acted toward her at the pool, and he had a crush on Ms. Peyton. Suzanne is a witch who lives in a Gingerbread House.

After Bart and Lisa were thrown into the Deep Dark Woods, they found their way to the Gingerbread House. At first, Lisa wanted to look up the house in her copy of Grimms' Fairy Tales, but the offer of free candy from Suzanne was enough for her and Bart to enter the house. Soon, the two of them were chained up, with Bart being force fed sweets and Lisa being made to clean the house. Meanwhile, Homer returned home without the kids, and Marge made him go and look for them.
