Djibouti is a country in Africa.
History[edit]
A competitor from Djibouti competed in a marathon that was held in Springfield. With 500 yards to go, he was neck and neck with the competitor from Australia. They were both beaten by Bart however, who cheated to win and was masquerading as an Italian. After a bird grabbed the mustache Bart was using as a disguise, the crowd instantly recognized him and formed an angry mob.
