Sarah Wiggum[edit]
A bit of an odd nod, but think it's something that is worth noting, the page says Megan Mullaly guest starred, and even though she's in the credits, when Wiggum's Wife spoke, it was clearly Dawn Lewis. In the official Fox release there was nothing stating Megan is guest starring either. Potentially this was an error on the person(s) end that put in the credits? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.248.159.99 (talk) 19:24, December 15, 2025
- I'm not so sure, it could be Mullaly putting on a slightly different voice because Sarah's supposed to be older. And comparing it against her usual voice, I could kind of see it being her. Although I do agree it sounds like Dawnn Lewis too. I'll try reaching out to producers to see if they know anything. The Solar Dragon 20:31, December 15, 2025 (EST)
Interesting, nonetheless, I would imagine they would have her listed as a guest star on the official release by Fox since she isn't a regular cast member. To be quite fair, its a bit absurd from a production and logical standpoint to have a guest star who appears to be very busy (per this and that one of the staff elaborated on in the comments: https://www.reddit.com/r/TheGreatNorth/comments/1lgirc7/not_happy_about_the_voice_recast_in_s5e17/) come in to do like a single line when an existing cast member on the show can do it, especially given they only changed the voice for an unknown reason for an episode where she was radically altered a few seasons back. One of the more weirder choices that they haven't given any explanation for. Maybe that's all worth asking as well if you do have any success with contact. Good luck Mate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.62.76.96 (talk) 15:47, December 16, 2025
- Well, Michael Price said that he's pretty sure it's Megan. So that's what we're going with. The Solar Dragon 16:39, December 16, 2025 (EST)
If he worded like that, that kind of gives the impression that he doesn't know, but hearing it by ear, I just don't hear it at all, and I'm sure you and others can say the same. Very strange. My speculation is I think whose ever in charge of the credits just mistakenly credited her, plus, if they kept bringing her in for one liners, there’d be a point where they'll likely have issues getting her back, especially going off what happened with her roles in other Fox shows per that Reddit thread. I think it's safe to say she was mistakenly credited. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.179.206.200 (talk) 21:39, December 17, 2025
