Lisa I'm just saying, we need someone to be in charge.

Wiggum Your authority figure is already here.
Task: "Make Wiggum Collect Bribes 3 times". The job takes place at Springfield Downs and takes 4 hours.
Quest reward: Cash100 and XP800

Lisa - Sad This town is out of control, and Chief Wiggum isn't helping.
Lisa - Sad We need someone to bring order!
Marge How about Mayor Quimby?

Task: "Reach Level 20 And Build the Springfield Town Hall". It takes 4 hours.

Homer You can lead the town in its rebuilding effort.
