It's Pronounced Nu-cular is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It unlocks Mr. Burns, the Cooling Towers, the Reactor Core, and the Control Building.

Task: "Reach Level 11 And Build the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant". It takes 60 minutes.
