Safety Dance is a premium questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Level 56 content update. It requires Springfield Gorge to be obtained.

Message Play through the questline to unlock Bart's Daredevil outfit and a special animated job!
After tapping on Skinner's exclamation mark
Skinner Attention children. I've recently learned that saving money by not paying the school's liability insurance can, in fact, lead to that insurance being cancelled.
Skinner To prevent all conceivable injuries, we've had to make some changes to the schoolyard safety code. "King of the Hill" will no longer be played on hills higher than two inches tall...
Skinner ..."Freeze Tag" may only be played with appropriately warm outerwear...
Skinner ...and "Simon Says" will hereby be known as "Simon Makes a Respectful Request".
Skinner As for hopscotch, all hopping must be supervised. And there will be no scotch.
Mrs. Krabappel - Sad Even in the teacher's lounge?
Task: "Make Kids Hop Under Supervision" (x6). The jobs take place at Springfield Elementary and take 4 hours.

Daredevil Bart - Surprised No, Dad, it's me. What were you thinking? You almost got yourself killed!
Homer - Hurt I wanted to give you something to rebel against, so you'd stop doing stunts.
Daredevil Bart That makes no sense. But your stupidity did prove to me that being a daredevil is dangerous.
Daredevil Bart I'm going to go do my homework right now!
Homer - Hurt Parenting is the easiest thing in the world.
