Who Wants to be a Billionaire is a premium questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Winter 2014 content update. It requires Zutroy to be obtained.

Only one million dollars. Dakrabtoc? Slight problem with gangs making meth in basement. There, you been duly notified. Krabnitoc. Task: "Reach Level 37 and Build Bachelor Arms Apartments". Task: "Make Zutroy Sign Papers". The job takes place at Bachelor Arms and takes 24 hours. Zutroy, as you are the owner of the Bachelor Arms Apartments, I must inform you that your property has been condemned! Tocbaknidrab? Your building filled with lonely old men will be knocked down and replaced with a prison full of lonely young men. The prison will be run by a private corporation, National Punishment and Overcrowding, Inc. Since prisons are a highly lucrative growth industry, they've agreed to compensate you for your loss, to the tune of 100 million dollars. Datoc.
