The Trail Blazer is a premium questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Summer of Our Discontent content update. It requires Park Ranger Johnson to be obtained.

Yes, but only because the water park refuses to allow Bart Simpson back in. Well, I'm sure Bart Simpson and all your fourth graders will enjoy all the amenities of the great outdoors our park offers. Um, you really have your finger on the beating pulse of today's youth, Park Ranger Johnson. It's a gift. Task: "Make Park Ranger Johnson Prepare for a Field Trip". That's probably true, but I personally would have waited to meltdown until after you were done with your presentation to the kids. If you're getting advice from Seymour now, this is too awkward to be enjoyable. If you go back to the magic stuff, we'll try not to laugh. Really? I said "try". Ah, I told them it was okay to play with the bears for a little bit. Just wanted to be the "cool ranger" for a change. Well, that would do it — if they don't get eaten. I doused them in bear repellant. They'll be fine. As long as the bear repellant doesn't give them hives. Whatever. Anyway, I just came by to brag about how I'm going to win first place in the Parkalympics again this year. The only reason you win every year is because you train while we're all doing park stuff. Excuses, excuses. Um, what are the Parkalympics? Why aren't you with the kids? I think I've got hives. If Desert Park Ranger is owned: Task: "Make Desert Park Ranger Brag Some More". The job takes place at the Ranger's Office, Springfield Desert State Park Sign, or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. Task: "Make Park Ranger Johnson Train for the Parkalympics". The job takes 4 hours. If Skinner is owned: Task: "Make Skinner Be Confused About Parkalympics". The job takes place at the Ranger's Office, Springfield Desert State Park Sign, or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. The Parkalympics are a ten-event athletic competition. The winner across all ten events is declared the Ranger of the Year. So, it's not so much a whole Olympics as a single decathlon. Yeah, but "De-Park-lon" doesn't sounded as good as "Parkalympics". Neither sound great. Maybe one of you check on the kids. I'd do it but I have to train. See, this is what I'm talking about. After tapping on Park Ranger Johnson's exclamation mark ...and this year's Parkalympics comes down to this! With the top two competitors tied after nine events— Which doesn't seem mathematically possible... It may not be mathematical but it is dramatic. Anyway, whoever wins the Run-Back-Into-Town-Marathon will be this year's Ranger of the Year! I'm pulling ahead! I've got you now! Not yet you don't. Go, Ranger Johnson! Show 'em who's less lame! ROAAAR! What's this? A lion is heading for that spikey-headed kid! A lion? Lions aren't native to the desert! Maybe not native but, again... dramatic! We've got to help him! Forget it. I've got a race to win. But what about the Park Ranger's Oath? The only oath I took was to give the correct change when working the park admission booth. *crosses finish line* And that was more of a pinky promise. I may have lost the Parkalympics, but I'm proud I did my duty as a ranger and saved that boy. Yeah, yeah, you're a big hero now. But you know what would be really heroic? What? Saving those second graders from that pack of wildebeests. Wildebeests?! Coming kids! Sucker. Quest reward: 200 and 20
