The Crops of Wrath is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in The Simpsanos content update. It requires The Cropfather to be obtained.

After tapping on The Cropfather's exclamation mark Okay, happy yokels, let's keep growing that sweet tomacco, so we can keep that sweeter tomacco money rolling in! When do we get a taste of that sweet tomacco money? I thought you guys liked working for the tomacco scraps we leave in the field. We wuz until you mentioned "money". I should remind you who's in charge. I wish he twern't the only guy getting' the plutominium we need to make tomacco. Otherwise, we could just bury him in the field. Task: "Make The Cropfather Make Yokels Kiss the Ring". The job takes 4 hours. If Cletus is owned: Task: "Make Cletus Humor Homer". The job takes place at Cletus' Corn Field, Cletus's Farm, or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. If Brandine is owned: Task: "Make Brandine Humor Homer". The job takes place at Cletus' Corn Field, Cletus's Farm, or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. Woo-eee! Look at that fancy plastic Radioactive Man ring. That means the Cropfather has more money and can start paying us for reals! Uh...that's not how business works. Shoot. E-co-nomiks is confusin'. Look, you need to work even harder. If you double your output I'll put a foosball table in the break room. We got a break room? It's that stump in the clearing out yonder. Woo-ee! Now the forest critters'll know we're all fancy-like! We're out of your special plutominium fertilizer, so there ain't no more crops to crop. You may know bidness, but we know crop-growin', and we know how much crop a cropper can crop if'n a cropper can crop crop. What? Yeah, she lost me there, too. Just whip up more of that glowy, green stuff and we can keep growin'! A bushel and a peck of radioactive plutominium coming right up! Task: "Make The Cropfather Steal More Plutonium". The job takes place at Cooling Towers or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. If Cletus is owned: Task: "Make Cletus Relax With Some Moonshine". The job takes place at Cletus' Corn Field, Cletus's Farm, or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. If Brandine is owned: Task: "Make Brandine Relax With Some Moonshine". After tapping on The Cropfather's exclamation mark Okay, guys, I whipped up another batch of my special fertilizer. How come it aint glowin' the same color as usual? I couldn't get plutominium, so I had to go with uranium this time. Plutominium...uranianinium...all the same. Let's get back to growin' glowin' tomacco! Task: "Make The Cropfather Wash Uranium Off His Hands". The job takes place at Cletus' Corn Field, Cletus's Farm, or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. After tapping on The Cropfather's exclamation mark ROOOOOAAAR! Now it's using its teeth to eat people! Earn yur keep, "Cropfather". You gotta provide us "protection". I'd say we need it right now from that toothy plant thing. Fat Tony didn't say anything about fighting plant monsters! A fresh batch of moonshine will give ya some liquid courage. Couldn't hurt. Moonshine'll fix anything — skunk spray, wolf mange... I had a case of possum pinkeye... *drinks moonshine* Done almost gone! Task: "Make The Cropfather Fight Off Plant Monster". Behind the Laughter[edit]

The quest name is a reference to the John Steinbeck novel The Grapes of Wrath.
