History[edit]
While traveling to Milhouse's grandmother's apartment to recover his soul, Bart Simpson ran through the intersection of 181st and King Street. There, he encountered a raving derelict being questioned by Chief Wiggum. Bart briefly approached Ralph Wiggum and unsuccessfully attempted to buy his soul for one dollar before fleeing when Chief Wiggum noticed him.
