When Marge was at the Sundance Film Festival she wanted see a movie and "Candyland" when she reads the title on the marquee believing "a great family game is now a great family movie." She peeks behind the curtain, but the scene is a strung-out couple in a back alley intravenous drugs where the man uses his own long hair as a tourniquet. Hard candy is a street name for heroin.
