Lisa's Saxophone is a saxophone which is owned by Lisa Simpson. She has had two saxophones as her first one was destroyed in a scuffle with Bart. The first saxophone was engraved with the words "Remember that your father Homer loves D'oh! and her second one is inscribed with the words "Dear Lisa, may your new saxophone brings you tears of D'oh!"

In The Simpsons Wrestling, Lisa uses the saxophone as a weapon by creating loud music with it. It is also used as a weapon in The Simpsons Game where it can stun enemies.
In The Simpsons Skateboarding, the saxophone is one of Lisa's pickup items.
