Laverne & Shirley is an American TV show.
History
One of the items that John had for sale in his shop was an copy of TV Guide that had been owned by Jackie O. The issue's cover story was about Laverne & Shirley.[1]
When the Simpson family appeared on The 1895 Challenge and audience interest started to fade, Squiggy from Laverne & Shirley was brought in to improve the ratings. He is heard saying "Hello, Laverne" in his sleep.[2]
