The Hell's Satans were a motorcycle gang from Bakersfield, USA. Their leader is Meathook and another known member was Ramrod.
History
When they found out that Homer had formed a motorcycle gang of the same name, they came to Springfield and trashed their house and kidnapped Marge. Homer found them and fought with Meathook for Marge and won.[1]
They later returned to Springfield to attend the Green Day concert, but apparently left before Trappuccino.[2]
The gang were seen among the "gun nuts" when Krusty was made a congressman.[3]
They were seen at Spiro's after it became a biker bar.[4]
Some of the members have been seen individually in various other places.[5][6]
