Elite Candles is a stall in Middle Hamptons of The Hamptons, New York. The proprietor is Jazzy James.
History
When Jazzy James offered information on Jay G, he told Bart that he must purchase a candle in order to obtain the information. When Bart asked the cheapest candle price, Jazzy told him it was $55. Bart refused, remarking that he could start a fire in the woods for no cost. Angered by this, Jazzy walked away with his stall.
