The Denver Broncos are an American Football team. Homer was given the Denver Broncos after working for Globex Corp. in Cypress Creek. Hank Scorpio gave the team to Homer as gift for helping with his evil plans, though Homer was somewhat annoyed that he didn't get the Dallas Cowboys like he wanted.
The team is seen as being quite uncoordinated, dropping passes and whatnot.
