Lead Based Toys is a store at the Springfield Mall that sells toys that are lead-based or contain lead. The store itself is nothing more than a kiosk.
History
After the Simpsons had walked out of Itchy & Scratchy's, Marge asked them where they wanted to go next. Bart wanted to go to the Lead Based Toys kiosk, but instead they went to Stuff-N-Hug, which had been Maggie's idea.
