"The Buck Chops Here" is an episode of The Itchy & Scratchy Show.
Itchy and Scratchy take a tour of the U.S. Mint. Itchy clobbers Scratchy with a bag full of money and throws him onto a conveyor belt, where he is smashed flat by rollers, printed into a sheet of money, and cut into individual bills. Itchy circulates the Scratchy bills to smoking dogs at a tycoon convention, who use them to light their cigars. A bill with Scratchy's eye on it screams as the bill burns up.
