Bullyman is a Simpsons Comics One-Shot Wonders story that appears in Jimbo Jones #1.
Synopsis
Jimbo teaching Kearney about bully Martin.
Plot
Jimbo's bully sense is tingling and he becomes Bullyman. He running to Kearney who trying to collect Martin's lunch money by holding him upside down to shake them off his pockets. Bullymam stops him to Martin's delight. He telling him that it is better to give him a wedgie instead, and he gives Martin a wedgie. The money flying from Martin's pockets and Kearney thanks him. Bullyman ruining then away.
Later shows Bullyman to Kearney how to shoot spit wads, which he always has extras in his utility belt to Martin's disappointment.
