The pair are soon fired when Smithers gives Burns a list of safety violations which could potentially cost him millions. Smithers begins to take over [[Marge]]'s role as Homer's caregiver, which quickly leads to competition between the two "wives". Although Smithers proves to be better than Marge, he quits after Homer accidentally melts his [[Malibu Stacy]] collection.
