A small "glitch" regarding the Cell Phone Car is that when entering in the car, your player character is not visible. This is probably because the developers forgot to shrink the player (this is done in some traffic vehicles like Sports Car and even bonus vehicles like RC Car) and they decided to "hide" the player. This can be fixed by modifying the script files of the car and setting Visible Character to True. Should you note that the player is now visible, he is a bit bigger than the car, so as said above, the developers decided it was better to hide the player rather than scaling the player down.

A Cell Phone Car.

The Cell Phone Car is a special vehicle in The Simpsons: Hit & Run. It makes an appearance in the last mission on the second level, "Cell-Outs", where four of them are destroyed in order to keep the Truckasaurus from malfunctioning. The car cannot be obtained through any normal means, but you can obtain it if you use All Cars Cheat (you need 100% game completed for that) and has a distinct feature, a cell phone antenna mounted on the roof. Also it should be noted that the driver has no face, and appears as a low set of polygons on the model.

Notes: The game has four variants of Cell Phone Car (A, B, C and D) but the game only uses the first one. The other 3 have different colors and they can still be obtained with cheat.
