Will There Ever Be a Rainbow? is an autobiography written by Charles Montgomery Burns after his trip to the hospital.

He recruited the help of a ghost writer named Mr. Roman, but fired him, deciding to write the book himself. After it was published, it became a very unpopular book, only becoming a best seller in a non-fiction five cent bin.
