• An easter egg that is mentioned in the teaser trailer is that if you tap Homer ten times in a row, you will receive 10 donuts and the Jebediah Springfield statue.

• If you look to the top left of your Springfield along the "mountainside" you will see an area with 4 radioactive waste barrels clustered together with a burning bush. If you purchase that plot of land; you can keep the burning bush which is there for free and add it to your city. The burning bush is worth 20 donuts (). If you look along the "ocean" and 7 tiles down there is an additional free burning bush. Again if the plot is purchased the bush is free to keep. There is also a third burning bush in the far easternmost corner.
