David Hyde Pierce (born April 3, 1959) is an American actor and comedian, best known for playing Fraiser Crane's brother and Martin's son, Niles on Fraiser. He voiced Cecil Terwilliger in the season 8 episode "Brother from Another Series" and in the season 19 episode "Funeral for a Fiend". Sideshow Bob is voiced by Kelsey Grammer who played Fraiser Crane.
