Picture Day is a Simpsons Comics story that appears in Bart Simpson 16. The comic later got reprinted in the Big Beefy Book of Bart Simpson.
Plot
Bart shaves Milhouse's hair after he gets bubble gum in it, however this causes a big problem - it's picture day.
