Plácido Domingo Sr., KBE (born José Plácido Domingo Embil; January 21, 1941) is a Spanish opera singer. He guest starred as himself in the season 19 episode "The Homer of Seville".

- He commented that Dan Castellaneta had impressive operatic voice, doing all of Homer's singing instead the common practice of having a professional singer "step in" for the singing part.
