The waiter works at The Rusty Barnacle. He has to dress up as a pirate.
History
He serves the Simpsons, bar Homer, when they visit The Rusty Barnacle. He is annoyed by Bart, who makes fun of his patronization. He then serves them food and Bart a squid platter, extra tentacles. Marge then asks him to ask Eugene Fisk's buck's night party to quiet down. He does this but Homer and Carl tell him to shut up.
