Fish 'n' Chips is a restaurant that serves fish and chips. It is seen on a pier at a harbor, alongside a number of other shops and restaurants including Snack Shack, Burgers n' Fries, and Cap'n Jack's Bait and Tackle.
History
The restaurant is located at a harbor, near the coast where Marge was helping rescue Manatees. Homer, Bart and Lisa walk by it while Homer is trying to think up a way to save the manatees in order to get Marge to come back home. His initial idea required donating his time, and money but he decided to "screw that" because it would take too much effort. Bart then notices some jet skiers about to attack a group of manatees, which Homer sees as a perfect opportunity to help the animals.
